In compliance with art. 13 of the Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 – Code
regarding the protection of personal data – Simor S.r.l. Unipersonale (offices in
Genova, Salita Santa Caterina 4/A, tel. +39010540482, fax +390105956472), Data
controller, wishes to supply information regarding the handling of personal data or
data gathered while browsing on the site www.andreamorando.it (hereafter known as
'Site').
No data is given that is considered as sensitive in compliance with L.D 196/2003.
Users who wish to purchase any product present on our online store choose to
register on the dedicated section and willingly provide the required personal data,
which are fundamental to the fulfillment of the contract. No express permission is
needed by the Data Controller for collecting and processing, as the release of data is
optional, but any possible absence of personal data will mean that the company
cannot proceed with the contract.
All data provided by users will be processed by means of electronic and IT tools, in
order to fulfill the agreements as per contract.
Users' personal data will be disclosed only to authorized data processors.
Data processing will adhere to the principles of correctness, legality, transparency
and the privacy rights of the user.
Data processing will only last for the time and reason for which the data has been
collected. The user can request and obtain, at any time, the cancellation of all
supplied data.
Users can exercise their rights against the Data Controller, at any time, as per art. 7
Legislative Decree 196/2003 as illustrated below:
Article 7 – Right of access to personal data and other rights
- You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether or not personal data
concerning you, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in
intelligible form.
- You have the right to know:
a) the origin of personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of treatment;
c) the logic applied in case of treatment with the help of electronic means;
d) the identity of the owner, and the representative appointed under article 5,
paragraph 2;
e) subjects or categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated
or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State,
managers or agents.
- You have the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) erasure, anonymization or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including
data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were
collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also
as regards their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or
disseminated, unless this requirement impossible or involves a manifestly
disproportionate to the protected right.
- You have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data, pertinent to the
purpose of collection;
b) the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising
materials or direct selling or for carrying out market surveys or commercial
communication.
Simor S.r.l. uses session cookies, necessary to provide services and applications
correctly from the Site. Session cookies can be defined as a small amount of data, or
pixels, which are sent by the Site server to the User's browser, i.e. the program the
user has for surfing on the Internet (e.g. Microsoft's Internet Explorer). Cookies are
essential for saving information about Site users and for shifting from one page to
another, so as to simplify surfing. Session cookies are not held permanently in the
users’ computer memory and disappear every time the browser is closed. If the User
does not wish to receive cookies, the browser can be set to notify the presence of
cookies and decide whether to block them or not. The browser can be set to block
