Andrea Morando is an Italian company active in the commerce of clothing and accessories since the late '70s and authorized retailer of brands sold in Genoa's and Liguria's boutiques as well as the online store, which present the best clothing and accessories' labels.

Purchasing on the website www.andreamorando.it is a simple and safe operation. Customers just need to browse through the collections, choose a product and place their order providing all requested data. Browsing and purchasing can be carried out both in Italian and English language.

To browse through www.andreamorando.it 's proposals you can select a CATEGORY or choose products presented in the MOODs. Each product comes with a file card bearing specifications and information on the model, price, available sizes and colors.

By clicking on ADD TO SHOPPING BAG, selected articles end up in a virtual shopping bag. You will be able to continue browsing and selecting further products before you confirm your order. New articles can be added at any time. By clicking on SHOPPING BAG you will also be able to cancel one or more selected products. In the page you reach you will find prices of the single articles and the total amount of the order, still to be confirmed.

In order to proceed with the purchase you must click on the icon CONFIRM YOUR ORDER.

If you are purchasing for the first time, you must REGISTER by filling the form with all data required in order to proceed with the purchasing and shipping. The system will memorize all information and Customers recognized in their next visits when the LOGIN, with the credentials they have provided the first time.
While shopping in the online store, after having saved at least one product in their SHOPPING BAG, Customers may change and/or correct data on the pages dedicated to SHOPPING BAG/PAYMENT/SHIPPING.
Customers can change or update the data on their profile at any time, accessing ACCOUNT.

Orders will be accepted once payment has come through and only when the Bank authorizes transaction. Orders are accepted from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Orders placed during the weekend will be accepted from the following Monday, those placed during holidays and festivities will be accepted from the first working day.

Orders will be dispatched within the following 48 hours and in any case no longer than thirty days since the day after the order was placed on www.andreamorando.it.

Once the order is confirmed, www.andreamorando.it automatically sends the Customer an e-mail containing all details about purchased items. Orders are memorized by the system and can be checked by Customers in the page ACCOUNT/MY ORDERS.

Andrea Morando guarantees its Customers assistance from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, at the telephone number +39 010 553451. Customers may also submit a request for assistance to our e-mail address assistenza@andreamorando.it.

Offers and prices of the products in the online store www.andreamorando.it are valid for the whole period they remain on the website and in any case while stock lasts.

Prices are indicated in Euros and so are invoices.
Sums charged to credit cards or PayPal accounts may vary according to exchange and flotation systems and bank charges.

Therefore, www.andreamorando.it invites its Customers to ask their bank for detailed information regarding exchange rates and bank charges on transactions they wish to carry out.

1) Credit Card.

At the moment of purchase Customers submit their credit card details in a safe electronic payment system, provided by Banca Sella. Accepted credit cards are: Visa and Mastercard.

Credit card security. Customers who buy on the website www.andreamorando.it are guaranteed maximum safety measures on purchasing transactions performed by Banca Sella.

www.andreamorando.it 's operators are not authorized neither to request nor to accept credit cards' identification data.

In order to guarantee maximum security on every transaction, Customers are recommended to adhere to services such as Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code.

Once the Customer's bank has verified funds are sufficient to cover the expenses and bank details valid, Banca Sella will immediately confirm payment authorization to Customers who have provided the bank with their e-mail address. Customers receive via e-mail a merchant code assigned by Simor S.r.l. at the moment of payment, the Gestpay code assigned by Banca Sella and the authorization code assigned by International circuits.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

2) Bank Transfer

When choosing Bank Transfer as method of payment, Customers send an order request to www.andreamorando.it, which will then be confirmed by our Customer service with an e-mail containing our bank details. Goods will be stocked until the due amount is transferred.

Customers must send a copy of the payment via fax or via e-mail to ordini@andreamorando.it within 48 hours they have received their order confirmation.

Orders will be dispatched as soon as the due amounts reach our bank account.

3) PayPal

Customers can pay directly via their Verified PayPal account. We only accept payments originated by Verified accounts.
Payments originated by non-Verified PayPal accounts will be cancelled.

As far as payments by credit cards and PayPal are concerned, data transmission is made in compliance with traditional security standards (HTTPS protocol).

Customers can receive information and check on their order status by sending an e-mail to ordini@andreamorando.it, stating first name and last name with which the order was placed and the order number.
They can also track their order by visiting SDA's site www.sda.it.

Orders can be modified at any time before confirmation.
Confirmed and dispatched orders can no longer be modified. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.

Shipping in Italy and abroad are performed by SDA express courier.
Shipping in Italy and abroad when ordering products for Euros 500,00 and over is free of charge.
When ordering products for less than Euros 500,00, shipping costs will be charged to Customers: € 8,20 for deliveries within Italy, € 20,00 for deliveries abroad.

Shipping from www.andreamorando.it are accompanied by regular invoice stating the value of each article in Euros. For items on sale the invoice will state the reduced price.

When receiving the goods, we recommend the Customers check the package before signing the delivery bill. Packaging by www.andreamorando.it is accurate. All ordered goods are positioned in a lined white box with custom tape all around. Clothing is wrapped in one or more tissue paper sheets, while accessories are presented inside their boxes and/or bag. Some orders are then placed in a further packaging provided by FedEx.

If the packaging shows signs of tampering or the tape is not intact, Customers are requested to sign the delivery bill conditionally or to reject the delivery. If the delivery was accepted with unauthorized signing or the packaging was tampered, Customers are invited to immediately contact www.andreamorando.it via the e-mail address assistenza@andreamorando.it or the telephone number +39 010 553451.

If the shipping is not successfully delivered to the address the Customer has provided within this commercial agreement, packages risk being returned to sender. Shipping costs will thus be charged to the Customer and possibly deducted from refund.

Placement of any order on the website www.andreamorando.it constitutes Customers' agreement to fulfill a contract for commercial purchase with Simor S.r.l. Customers therefore commit to take delivery of the ordered goods. If the Customer rejects delivery or asks for the shipping costs to be returned to sender, these will be deduced from the refund owed to the Customer.

Packages can be returned to sender and Customers will be charged for the related shipping costs if the goods cannot be delivered at the address provided in the commercial agreement.

All shipping are insured (free of charge). Insurance loses its validity once the goods have been correctly delivered.

If Customers are not satisfied with their purchase, they may return any item, unless worn, and decide whether to change size, change item or to ask for refund within 10 working days after delivery date.

Within said deadline, Customers shall send written communication to the company with advice of delivery. Communication can be sent, within the same period of time, via e-mail to resi@andreamorando.it or via telegram and fax to the numbers above, on condition that it is confirmed via recorded letter with advice of delivery within the following 48 hours; to be considered sent in the correct timings, the letter has to reach the post office within terms stated by this contract or by the Code, if different.
Advice of delivery, however, is not an essential condition to prove right of withdrawal.

Communication should state:

- code of the item you wish to return or codes of the items you intend to substitute when multiple;

- desired compensation: change item, size, color or refund;

Once received such request, www.andreamorando.it will send the Customer written confirmation indicating the number of Return Authorization.

In Italy goods must be returned via SDA express courier using SDA's freight forward waybill filled out in every section of the form. Collecting can be booked at SDA's Customer Service 199 113366 or following the procedure on their website www.sda.it.

Shipping of returned goods will be free of charge if items are returned in order to change size or if the items in exchange have the same or higher value than the ones returned. Only one change is possible with no extra charge for each authorized return.

Shipping of returned goods and relative costs are charged to the Customer if the items in exchange have a lower value than the ones returned or if refund is requested. Shipping costs: € 8,20 for Italy, € 20,00 for goods coming from abroad. This cost will be deduced from refund.

Once verified the Customer's correct use of the right of withdrawal, www.andreamorando.it will refund the amount due. Refund will be dealt with as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of the date www.andreamorando.it was informed of the Customer's use of the right of withdrawal.

Returned goods must be delivered to www.andreamorando.it 's address within 10 days of the written authorization that resi@andreamorando.it has sent the Customer.

Should it not be possible to proceed with the change of the returned goods for lack of size and/or color requested, the Customer will be able to choose another article of the same or higher value or to obtain refund.

1) All shipped goods are provided with a warranty seal and with an authenticity label that, in case of return, must not be removed, cut, broken or in any way altered. In order to successfully accomplish return requests, articles must not be worn, washed, pressed or altered and no sign of use must be visible.

2) Returned articles must have all the labels, packaging and original accessories (for example product authenticity labels, clothes hangers, clothes covers and boxes), besides the material used for packing, which have been delivered in the order. Shoes, bags and in general all the accessories must be returned along with the boxes and/or the original plastic bags which are considered, by the law, as part of the goods and must not be damaged or altered in any way.

3) Should they receive defective goods and proceed in returning it, Customers are required to follow the instructions listed above. Before authorizing the return of the defective goods, www.andreamorando.it reserves the right to ask photographic evidence of the products. I this case www.andreamorando.it will take charge of the shipping costs for the return of the goods.

4) Customers are requested, should there be errors in the shipping by www.andreamorando.it, to follow the same instructions listed above. In this case www.andreamorando.it will take charge of the shipping costs for the return of the goods.

5) Returned goods, once back in the company premises, will be inspected by www.andreamorando.it and all returning parameters should be respected. If the return is not compliant to these terms and conditions, www.andreamorando.it reserves the right to charge 10% of the value of the returned items.

6) www.andreamorando.it reserves the right to reject returns made without authorization or that have been made with a courier other than SDA or the one suggested if coming from abroad. Acceptance of these returns can be charged 10% of the value of the returned items.

www.andreamorando.it is not responsible for the products on display online appearing partly different from the actual product due to particular configurations or malfunctioning of the Customer's computer.

All pictures and images contained in the website are property of Simor S.r.l. Unauthorized use will be punishable by law.

The choice of articles presented on the website corresponds to their actual availability.

AIn order to avoid misunderstandings, www.andreamorando.it, reserves the right to confirm availability of all ordered products.
If the articles the Customer has ordered are no longer available, the office covering Orders will immediately alert the Customer and provide refund should it be already paid for. The same procedure will be followed if problems occur in dispatching orders.
